At Bright Spark Contact Services, we specialize in providing comprehensive contact services for both Private and Public law cases. Our child contact services encompass various interventions including Child Contact Intervention (CCI), Supervised, Supported, Escorted, and Handover services.
We conduct our contact sessions at our center, virtually, and when suitable, in community settings or even in family homes.
Our contact center prides itself on being a warm, secure, and child-friendly environment, ensuring parents and family members can cherish private quality time with their children or relatives. Each room is thoughtfully furnished, clean, and equipped with age-appropriate toys, games, and crafts to facilitate engaging contact sessions.
Additionally, we offer Early Intervention/Family Support Services designed to respond promptly to the evolving needs of children, young people, and their families. Specializing in working with those at risk of entering care or requiring family reunification, we aim to prevent or address emerging difficulties.
As part of our commitment to supporting looked after children, we provide Life Story Work, aiding children and young people in developing a clear sense of identity and understanding their experiences.
OUR SERVICES
In addition to our contact services, we extend early intervention/family support services to children, young people, and their families, ensuring continuity of hands-on practical support to reduce the risk of statutory involvement or recurring problems.
Furthermore, we collaborate with local authorities to provide vital support services aimed at safeguarding vulnerable children, including Safety and Welfare Checks and Life Story Work.
Other Services
In alignment with our dedication to family support, we also offer a range of services to assist local authorities in safeguarding vulnerable children:
Safety and Welfare Checks
We provide support during Section 47 investigations, Child Protection, and Child in Need Plan implementation, conducting checks during out-of-hours to address concerns related to visiting family homes or adult behaviors.
Our experienced Social Workers undertake Life Story Work for children in care or involved in Care Proceedings, Adoption, or Asylum cases. Reports are available upon request.
This service involves a member of our staff facilitating the handover between the resident and non-resident parent or relative at our center. No reports are generated for this type of contact.
